  • Services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. By booking a consultation, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Consultation Process

  • Consultations are conducted either in-person, via video call, or through written reports, depending on the client's preference.

  • Clients must provide accurate birth details and other necessary information for the consultation to ensure accuracy in astrological readings.

5. Pre-Consultation Guidelines

  • It is both advised and mandatory to avoid the consumption of meat, alcohol, and any form of substance abuse for at least 7 days prior to the appointment.

  • Failure to adhere to these guidelines may affect the quality of the consultation and is strongly discouraged.

6. Booking and Payment

  • All consultations must be booked in advance through our official channels.

  • Payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept payments through credit cards, bank transfers, or other approved methods.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation: Cancellation of appointments is not allowed unless the client is unable to appear for the appointment due to unavoidable circumstances or if the Firm denies an appointment. In such cases, a rescheduling option may be provided.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed only if the cancellation policy is met. The refund process will be initiated within 2-5 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

  • The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your financial institution.
